Another Refi Question

Another thread on refinancing made me start thinking about whether we should refinance. I saw in the other thread that someone got a 30 year fixed for 3.875% with no closing costs. I checked one online place today and the best rate is 4.25%. So for anyone that recently refinanced (in the last few months) what has been your interest rate/closing costs? I'm wondering if I should check around or whether rates have gone up.

Using the Home Affordable Refi program, on Saturday we locked in a 4.75 with no closing costs or appraisal. We could have gotten lower rate,but it would not have made sense w/ the closing costs since we dont plan on staying in this house forever. The rates were supposed to go up today. I don't know if they did.
