DD & DS will be turning 3 & 1 right around the same time, as will my nieces and nephews (also turning 1 & 3 in the same families).... wondering what would be good gifts to get the kids that both kids could use. They don't necessarily need to be able to play with them together, but should be something the 1 year olds wouldn't be able to choke on. :wink2:

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Wooden blocks

My 3 year old likes these and she played with these some when she was 1(but closer to 2 years) with her 6/7 year old sister. My 8 year old still uses these. So they cover a very wide age range. Also little people, as previously mentioned for 1 and 3 year olds.

My 3 year old niece is in town to celebrate DS's first bday. They have both loved the LP farm, pushing each other around in the RF walker wagon, and DS loves the remo floor Tom and tambourine.
