Good quality changing pad

I need a changing pad and am not sure what to even look for in a pad. Countoured? Flat? Quality?

What do you have and do you like it?

Hey, we've been happy with ours. It's a contoured type. We got it from Target, I can't remember the brand. I had to do some searching because our Ikea changing table was shorter than most changing pads out there. This was the only pad that would fit!

The pad has straps and we fastened it to the changing table. It would have also fastened to the top of a dresser. I got this kid on recommendation of my friend, a mom of twins ... they just used their pad on the living room floor for the first few wild months.
