HA Outlet Return

Can an outlet return be sent back with an online return? I ended up getting two of the same bike short.

yes , absolutely. I send everything to the same outlet and they are much faster at processing returns than the warehouse! I usuallyturn around and spend the money again right away.

Alternately, you can send returns from different places back to the warehouse, no problem.

Or if you live close to a regular Hanna store, you could take the item there as well. Not sure if they could process refunds, but they definitely will let you do an exchange. Though...as you would imagine, the prices will be much higher! (We are on vacation in SoCal, and given how much I love Fashion Island, we made a stop there and I finally had a chance to visit an actual HA store). They allowed me to exchange a Quiltie jacket DS didn't need (why I bought him a 2nd one in sz 70 I don't know) for another jacket and just pay the difference.
