While I hate using any plastic, the TnT cups have been great for valveless drinking, and not worrying if they don't come back from daycare. But I'm concerned about the degradation of the plastic straws and sippy cup tops due to my DD (19mos) gnawing on them. Even though they are BPA free, there's still other junk given they are plastic.
We send these to daycare w/ milk and water. I think my best option is a Funtainer, but she will chew the straw (silicone being just like a teether), and I'm sure I'll be replacing them often. I think the KK sippy or sport top might be okay, too, but it will get dropped quite a bit either by DD or the other kids at daycare, and then it may not sit upright anymore.
Hoping to get some other ideas or if you think the Funtainer or KK are the best of the worst options. TIA!
