Can I freeze left over Costco Rotisserie Chicken?

My parents gave me about 1/2 a Costco Rotisserie chicken they didn't eat for dinner last night. I won't be able to use it in the next few days so I'm wondering if I can shred it and stick it in the freezer?
I would probably use it later on for chicken salad, or even in a pot pie.

Yes, just take it off the bone and freeze it. It should stay fine frozen for about 3 months.

Perfect! I told my Mom she had to take it off the bone before giving it to me so it's all ready to go directly into the freezer!
I'm so excited since I'm 37 weeks pregnant and have very little frozen. I don't know why, but this helps me feel at least a little more prepared :)
