Before anyone flames me, I know the idea of a sleep consultant sounds insane. My husband and I are comfortable with some crying if it helps our kids learn healthy sleep habits. My 28 month old is a fantastic sleeper.
I'm going back to work in a month and I'm pretty stressed about DD2s lack of sleep and lack of any predictability. We have a nanny and I'm not going to be able to create a bunch of complicated if-then scenarios for calculating nap times (which is what I did for DD1 but I was home the whole time). I need to be able to say, put her down at XX and XX time and have it work (most of the time).
I have a couple of friends that have used sleep consultants and have been really happy. So, if you have used one, how was your experience? Would you recommend her? If so, do you mind sharing the contact info?
