....of venison?
I bought some fresh currants on a whim, but have never used them before, so I am totally lost. I was looking online for options, and found this "casserole." (http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1927,136162-224201,00.html)It looked good/easy, but we do not really eat or have ready access to venison/other game. Do you think I could use lamb? Of what meat would you suggest?
Or if you have other simple suggestions for my fresh currants?
