S/O - Retro party costume when PG?

We're invited to a "Retro Patio Party" this weekend. I'm 37 wks pg. Any suggestions on what I could wear? I'm sorta thinking capris w/ a big boxy/mumu-type top (if I can find a top like that).

Any other thoughts?

Not sure what DH is wearing. DS will have jean shorts and a white onesie with the sleeves rolled up/cut off and his hair slicked back.

I guess 50's 60's is what comes to mind for me...but there is no defined retro era on the invitation.

OMG...you are totally right about this. I actually DO have those pink sponge curlers. Not quite like the ones that grandma had with the plastic curler pins..but that would be AWESOME!

This is going to be fun! Now I just need pink fuzzy slippers and a fake cigarrette (I'm pretty sure we have a few of these, too) to make the picture complete!
