Well I don't have power related issues due to the hurricane, but I microwaved some bacon for BLTs and did a second batch to use for the another day and I left it in the microwave overnight (fully cooked)! So probably close to 20 hours. We have A/C....but toss right?

Hmmm, when I cook bacon I keep it in a ziplock baggie on my kitchen counter. I cook it pretty crispy if that matters - but I probably would keep it.

I'd keep it. It's highly preserved, cured meat. I've heard of other people storing it on their counter in bags for a day or two.

Ok that is very interesting! I put it in a ziplock and put it in the fridge for now. I was planning on reheating it before using it anyway (like in a pasta dish or something) so I might use it tonight. It was cooked to a crisp to begin with. thanks!
