I need a medical alert bracelet!

I have decided to get one from Lauren's Hope. It is important to me that is it pretty (so I will wear it!) and the info on it is pretty simple, so I feel ok going with a company that is not tied to a national database.

So, please vote for
Option 1-Strawberry Hill (http://www.laurenshope.com/product/1665/D203/strawberry-hill-medical-id-bracelet/size)
or

Option 2-Heart String (http://www.laurenshope.com/product/771/D95/heart-string-medical-id-bracelet)

FWIW- I am a pretty classic gal style-wise, although I like things that look a little unusual. I wear silver and platinum mostly, but am not a big jewelry person. The only jewelry I wear regularly is my watch (really classic looking Skagen with the stainless band) and wedding set. Usually no earrings. Occasional necklace. I thought about a necklace for the medical alert, but the ones that I liked had less space for info, and I wanted to put my name, condition, and DHs phone number.

I voted for the second one....it's very cute. I've only ever seen the typical medical bracelet that is obviously not stylish or cute. Sorry if this is a silly question but would all medical people, EMTs, etc recognize the second one as a medical bracelet? Obviously that's the most important consideration.

This is why I voted for #1. Honestly I would be afraid that rushed EMTs, or med students on their 20th hour on call might miss the fact that the second one is a medalert bracelet. Even the medical profession has its share of people who aren't quick on the uptake.

Is the medical info on that little dangly thing?

ETA: I think this one is so cute...mommy bracelet + medical alert!

I like that one - it does the job of a medical bracelet better than the second choice above.

Does the second one have a similar rectangular medical alert plate like the first? If it does, I like the second one better. So nice to have pretty options for medical alert bracelets!

The picture on the site does not show it as well, but the second option comes with the same big plate with red caduceus (or another color, but I picked red to be obvious and because the bead is red) and your info as all the others. For that reason, I think it would be just as recognizable. The little danglely does not have the info, and it is just a danglely.

I liked the other style ppl suggested above, but I thought it would interfer with my watch more. And, as they all have the same big metal plate, I think they all do the job equally well.

In that case the second one. :)
