The Early Show is featuring gluten free labels on foods which are NOT gluten free. The FDA is preparing label guidelines FINALLY.
My question is this...why can't the FDA make a blanket rule that anything labeled "free" (gluten free, dairy free, etc) MUST be free?
Thoughts? Anyone with Celiac who has been taken in by poor and misleading labels?
