Quick...how many drinks?

I am organizing a lunch for the school staff (sponsored by PTO) and need to bring the drinks. It's about 70 teachers/staff. I was going to go to BJs or Costco and get soda cans and bottled water.

I don't want to have too much since we aren't going back to clean up and while the teachers can enjoy the leftovers I don't want too much left.

I was thinking a case of:

coke (24 to a case?)
diet coke
two cases of bottled water (about 24 or 28 to a case?)

Should that provide enough variety? Do I need a clear soda too like Sprite?

If I do coke/diet coke/sprite is 1 case of bottled water enough? I guess the water cases are cheap enough that maybe I should bring two.

I think that is enough variety. As for water, I'd probably err on the side of possibly having too much. I'd go for 2 cases.

I'd do one each of Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite (some people won't want caffeine), plus two cases of water.
