Forgot return to Childrens Place...can I still do it?

I have 4 pairs of jeans I got on sale that will never fit DS - he needs slims. I forgot to return them. It's been more than 45 days. Can I still take them back and get something back from them?

Oh, and the kicker is that DH's office is a 2 floors above a Children's Place store. I thought of giving them to him to return, but figured he would forget about them. Oops :cry:

I returned something that was over 45 days and I think they give you the current selling price. I was ok because it wasn't less than what I originally paid for it.

THanks. I got them on sale, so expect to probably get that price...I should check if having sale that's lower.
