First sinus infection of the season......

Me too! Started last night. Feel awful right now. The roof of my mouth and teeth ache, which are classic sinus infection flags for me.

I feel like crap. This is not how I want my first week back to school to be :(.

The upper jaw ache is just starting for me. I sound all nasaly and have a dry cough and my sinuses ache. I'm so over these sinus infections!!!

I started one a few weeks ago. Apparently, the inflammation from clenching my jaws prevented it from clearing up. Fun times, eh?

I used to get them 3-4 times a year. I got acupuncture about 7 years ago, and never got another one. I get close 1-2 twice a year, but use this stuff (it's a bottle of miracle juice, i swear!):
