I had a really fabulous 10 year anniversary by skipping the placebo week and taking double doses for several of the days. I am up by almost 4 pounds since last week, though...but I might blame the wine and other fattening resort fare on that! So glad I learned this trick for future getaways (should we ever, in fact, get away again!!)
