Vaccine schedule question

This question is not a debate and not intended to spark a debate...
I intend to buy Dr Sears' vaccine book, but the one I'm finding on Amazon is from '07. That can't be the newest version published right?
Also wanted to know what kind of delayed vax schedule you do and why. Do you just have all the "combined" vaccines done separate? I am new to this...my girls were/are on schedule and I'm hoping to read the vaccine book and seriously considering delaying for my nb.
Thanks for any info you can give me! Also, I am hoping this doesn't become a debate about vaccines or anyone's choice for doing either ;)

The Sears one is up to date imO. My main rule is avoid combo shots when I can, no more than 2 shots/ appointment, 3 weeks between shots and none if sick at all

Dr Sears does keep his website updated with all vaccine changes since the publication date, so you can check there.
