Petite leggings?

I am having trouble finding petite leggings. I am 5'4" and always wear petite pants. I haven't really worn leggings in more than a decade, and am hoping to put together an outfit with a fall Boden tunic, but I don't want to have baggy knees or have them too long. Any suggestions? I only need black.

Boden's summer Capri leggings were awesome and fit me (5'6") like full length leggings. Check the site to see if they still have them on clearance. Targets Capri leggings are now down to $5!
