Need a fancy dress for DD

We're going to a wedding in a month, and I'm having trouble finding dresses for DD1. She's super skinny and wears size 6 or 7. I've checked Nordstrom, Gymbo, Gap and Macys, both online and B&M, and I'm not wowed by anything. There just doesn't seem to be much selection out there.

Any dress suggestions or other stores I should be looking at? Budget is around $50 but flexible. DD2 is wearing a reddish burgundy dress, so it would be nice for their colors to go together but not necessary.

Maybe try Janie and Jack or Kohls? I've sometimes seen nice dresses there in the past.

ETA: The Children's Place also has a few dressy dresses.
