Fenugreek with other supplements--thyroid

I take a thyroid supplement in the morning, prenatals and Vit. D at night along with Floradix--iron supplement. My midwife has suggested taking fenugreek but I am so confused as to the info. out there as to whether I can take it with all my current medications. Also, can I take all 6 pills together or do I have them 3 times a day (which might interfere with the other medicines)? So confusing.
