UPDATE: DS chose dominos for the letter D so now we'd love ideas for the next letters of the alphabet, considering this is a weekly activity. :)

Original Post:
Tomorrow it's DS's turn to take something in a bag to his K class that starts with the letter D. He then gives his classmates 3 clues to try to guess it.

Today kids already did the easy ones--dinosaur, dog, and doll.

I don't want to do junk food like Doritos, and DS and I are drawing a blank at the moment and can't think of something good to do for the letter D.

We did an avocado for A, a baseball for B, and a stuffed cow for C.

TIA for any help!

You both are fantastic! I think I should post my question for every letter--you are WAY more creative than I am. (And by the way, I am so glad that I don't have any diapers around our house--it's nice to have kids out of those! :) )

Thanks for all your help. DS decided on dominos and here are the 3 clues:

1. I have colored dots on me.
2. You can play a game with me.
3. I can make others fall down after me if you stand us up in a row.

So since you all are so creative, want to make recommendations for the next letters in the alphabet? :) He will need to do E next week, and so forth.

Awesome, ladies! Now we have E-H taken care of.

DS chose egg for E, frog for F, grass for G, and Harold the Helicopter for H. It's also nice to have the other ideas as back-up in case other kids bring these before his turn.

If anyone else wants to give ideas for I and beyond, we'd love to hear them! Thanks so much for your help!

ETA that I just saw your post, CRL, after typing this post. Thanks for your ideas too--considering how creative you ladies are, it's pretty pathetic that we could only come up with baseball and cow on our own. (I actually got the avocado idea from someone else.) :)
