I took a beef chuck roast out of the freezer on sunday and it is fully defosted now but I would rather make it tomorrow. is it still safe or should i make it today?

I think it's fine to wait until tomorrow. I often take big cuts of meat out of the fridge on Wednesday or Thursday to roast on Sunday.

Thanks. I was hoping so since it's a summerlike day today And want to make something else but fall will be back tomorrow.
