ISO comfortable wedge shoe for the office

I would love a wedge shoe (loafer/pump/bootie) that is apporpriate for work (conservative setting/semi-formal) but that I can also walk in for some time as I take the train home and then have to walk home. I would prefer something that I can wear with slacks and skirts (with tights) through fall, winter and spring in Chicago. Any thoughts? Budget - would like to keep it under $200 but will go over for a shoe I am gaga over. :)

Not very high-end but I have a pair of Alfani Step N Flex wedges (mine are peep toes) that I would pay $200 for because they are so insanely comfortable. More comfortable than some of my sandals/sneakers.
