I have ordered DS (age 7) both the LLBean Cold Buster Bibs and the Lands' End Squall Bibs.

BTDT advice on which to choose?

Both are navy, warm and well made. How shall we choose?

***DS says it's simple, just keep both. I am trying to show him that it is only a BARGAIN if I end up spending less $$$ than I otherwise would have! :hysterical:

Normally I would say LL Bean because I think they are better quality than LE. But LE snow bibs are fine - ours have held up really well. I suspect the LE ones are cheaper too.

With the crazy deals I got over the last week or two, the LL Bean bibs were $34 and the Lands' End bibs were just over $41.

I'm sure whichever is cheaper!
But all things being equal, the LL Bean lifetime guarantee, customer service and quality has the edge IMO.

We've had both. Out of the two I prefer the LL Bean ones, the quality seems to be better.

Well, LE has an unconditional guarantee too. But I'd keep the cheaper OR I'd keep the hardest to return.

:yeahthat: 100% You can return the LE ones to Sears and they were more $$ so I would keep the LLBean.

Thanks, everyone! DS had chosen the LL Bean (he loved the LE ones, then prefered the LL Bean when he tried them on 2nd). Heck, this way I save a few bucks, too.

Thanks again!

What did he like better about them? Can you tell us how they compare?

I will ask him tonight. At the time he commented that they "felt better" so it was rather subjective. I will update if there is more to tell!
