My mom had a mammogram done and the results are abnormal. She needs further testing before we know more. Please send her as much P&PT as you can muster. I can't imagine my life without her. :heartbeat:

Sending more prayers and positive thoughts. I also had an abnormal mammogram requiring a compression mammogram (ouch!) and biopsy. I was advised that the vast majority of abnormal mammograms turn out fine, which mine was thankfully. I hope this is the case for your mom.

My mom and a friend of mine both have cystic breasts. They are forever having suspect mamograms that turn out just fine. The first time that happened my mom was a wreck. Now she's so used to them finding "something" that she doesn't even bat an eye at it.
