Plastics rhyme....

Help me out - I can't remember it in full and I can't even remember enough words in it to figure it out by googling...

It's a rhyme I read (may have been on here?) about remembering which plastics to use ... something like (and I do not know if this is even remotely close to correct) "1 and 2 are good for you...." blah blah blah...

does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Yep, that's the one I've heard too. So those are the ones that are (supposedly) okay.
