I am looking for a book for a 5-year-old car lover. Ideally, it'd have photos and list different makes and models, including recent vehicles. I'm finding books on vintage cars, race cars, etc. But something that includes PT Cruisers, Mini Coopers, Smart cars, etc. would be great.
Any suggestions are welcome!

The DK Eyewitness books came to mind and they do have a Car one but it is from 2005, not sure the Smart car would be in there but maybe:

I'd look for DK too. We have several interesting ones but I'm not sure they would 100% fit what you are looking for.

We have a cross section book with pics of trains and different vehicles in cross section.

A bunch of these are out of print but you may be able to find used copies online. I don't think any of these is exactly what you are looking for.

DS1 enjoyed getting different auto magazines out of the library around that age.
