Just wondering about your experience? I tried a similar program before kids and was very succesful. After kids I did WW and lost the baby weight. At the beginning of this year I tried WW again and their new program didn't work for me at all. It burns my butt that I can't just eat healthy and exercise and have the weight come off, but I clearly can't do this on my own b/c I've had no movement on the scale despite my efforts. So, other than being expensive, did LA Weight Loss work for you?
