Recs for baby care center for dolls

I think this is going to be the "big" gift for my 4.5 year old twins (i know, i know - i need to update my avatar picture!).

i found this one on target - the our generation baby doll care center - that seems like it would be reasonably sturdy and have what the girls want (i know one of my twins really wants the sink to bathe the doll in)

it's $99 right now with free shipping and it's not available in the stores.

so my questions are - anyone have this one and like it - or have another to recommend?

if i know i want this - should i just buy it now or am i likely to be able to get a deal on it closer to christmas?

did costco have anything like this last year?

I've been looking at them too and it seems to be the best one on the market. Love the bathtub part-I know my DD would love it too. I did see it a couple years ago IRL and it seemed nice. I've googled a ton and haven't seen anything else like it that wasn't all cheap plastic. No idea about the price!

Costco did not have anything like that last year IIRC
