Thought I'd share. I know there are a lot of fans of this store on the BBB.

Love this soooooooo much. Finally, some sanity in the retail world. It would be great if others followed suit.

It says that they won't be decorating for Christmas until after Thanksgiving.

I love this as well. I hate that everything is already decorated for Christmas and it is still October !

Let's hope they do that again this year. The flyer is from a couple of years ago. Thanksgiving is on Nov 24 this year.

I had to stop in the Marine Corps Exchange today, like an on base department store, and they were already putting all the Christmas trees up. I don't think they have to wait until after Thanksgiving, but geez...maybe November, at least????

I know! Our BX already had the "toy land" all decked out with trees, lights, and ornaments. I try to just avoid it until the end of november.

We stopped by Lowes and they had all their Christmas stuff out. I was talking to the lady setting up one of the trees and she said it drives her nuts too and that someone had tried putting some of the Christmas stuff in front of the Halloween stuff and she had to put a stop to it.

Yipee!! Finally a store with some sense. No wonder I love Nordies. Our local knicknack shops downtown ALREADY have christmas trees out. Really people, too much too soon!
