Adjustable garage mounted bball hoop- please help!

We would like to get a wall mounted adjustable basketball hoop for DS who is almost 7. I feel so overwhelmed by all of the choices and want to get something good, but not get fixated on comparing everything.

I am also a little shocked by how expensive they are, but I guess that is because of the adjustable part.

I would love any guidance!

We got a free standing one from Dick's. It was probably $600 all told, including extra money for set up. I didn't look into the garage ones, so I don't have any specific experience.
