Anyone familiar with Iron MOuntain or Recall?

Looking for a storage solution for business file boxes. BUT - this is on a personal level, not necessarily an operating business... and not somehting i can purge down. Approximately 30-40 bankers boxes.

ANyone know of best storage solution? cost?

ANyone recommend a service? or just a storage unit? All advice GREATLY appreciated!

I've used Iron Mountain for business purposes. I can't say I recommend them as they were constantly raising their prices in violation of our contract, which led to years (literally, years!) of back and forth with them. Perhaps they would be better working with an individual (I think they just saw our large organization as on opportunity to make some easy money).

Do you need to get into the files often? If not, maybe just a climate controlled storage unit would suit your needs? I think that may be cheaper than a service like Iron Mountain.
