Asking people not to touch baby during flu season

I had this hooked on DD's infant seat for her first year: http://mamabears.com/ It worked like a charm! No strangers touched DD except for the one time we put her in the stroller without the infant seat (and therefore without the little sign). I especially dislike that people want to touch babies on the hands - they go straight in their little mouths.

I found baby wearing really discouraged people from touching dd.
