for those of you who think your starting menopause, HELP.

i have been having pms for over a week or more before my periods which now come every 21-23 days, my main issue has been IRRITABILITY! is there anything i can take for those few days each month that would help with this.

My midwife put me on the mini-pill to "smooth things out". It did help for about a year and then it wasn't enough and I had to switch to yaz. Everything is good now. :boogie:

i don't think i am starting menopause (I am 42) but i know my thyroid is not properly regulated. i do have a diagnosed thyroid problem. i am going to a new holistic doc in two weeks. have you seen this:
