When selling a stroller that you've registered

When you sell a stroller that you registered, do you need to call the stroller company and ask them to erase your registration info? I've never sold a stroller, and I want to protect my privacy. (I don't want my registration information released to the new owner if they call for a repair, etc.) Thanks!

In most cases, the warranty won't transfer (I never register a stroller unless I need to use the warranty - in case I sell it within the new warranty period, I can give the buyer the receipt to register the warranty themselves).

I can't imagine a company would give out your personal information to anyone else. They would ask the person for their info and then tell them it was already registered and the warranty doesn't transfer. I've never been particularly concerned about that. (Especially because often whomever is buying knows your name and address from when you shipped it or if they picked it up at your house)
