My 14 mo old has a rash on his back and a little on his tummy. It's light in color and I can feel it when I touch it. He has very dry skin on his legs and arms but not usually on this trunk area. He has no other symptoms(fever, etc.) Do I call the dr or wait to see if it goes away?
