View Full Version : I found boots!!!! And bought skinny jeans!!!

So you ladies have inspired me, and today did a little retail therapy on my meager budget.

I finally found boots to fit, my calves aren't huge but because I'm soooo short it's hard to find anything to fit.

I got these, and with additional coupons they were 46.00. I love them!!!

I also picked up a cute sweater dress/with low cowl neck/short sleeves/ it looks super cute with tights and the boots.

I also lucked into a pair of skinny jeans (found xshort) for 21.99 at Macy's.

It was my lucky day!!!

Nice! I think those boots are going to work with a lot of different outfits, you're going to get a lot of bang for those 46 bucks!

So here's the dress, looks cute with a 3/4 black sleeve shirt underneath, I might add a leather belt, I got it at Burlington Coat Factory for 24.99. Looks so cute with black tights and my new belt, DD said "mommy I've never seen you look so fashionable" when I tried it on.

The other day I got this poncho and LOVE IT!( it was 48.00 on sale). After the moss Anthro ponch fiasco (which is now in the hands of a BBB member in Louisiana) I was lusting after a poncho.

It'll look great with the new skinny jeans and boots or for a monochromatic look I got the coordinating cords that fit awesome....the smokey taupe color is very rich and the pants are perfect on my 4'11' frame, they are perfect with my heeled boots, and they were about 33.00.

I also got a pair of black knit skinny pants at Macy's, I'm not comfortable with doing leggings but these are a good compromise. The one day sale price was about 34.00. They are super comfy and hopefully won't ride up.
