How do I attach the car seat adapter to my bjcmd?

I borrowed a car seat adaptor from a friend and I do t know how to attach it to my bjcmd thanks!!!!

First make sure you have the adaptor for the BJCMD not the BJCM - they are very different.
In all honesty, we found the BJCMD adaptor a pain in the a$$ to install, and really inconvenient when folded, so we decided not to use it.
