Does anyone know if I can return GapKids stuff purchased online to store no receipt

Title says it all. Bought some winter hats that are too huge, but somehow I misplaced the receipt. I did put the order on my Banana card. Thanks!

Are they online only? If they are sold in the stores then I believe you can. It may help if they are on your BN card - so you can get actual price paid and not the latest sale price.

If you go to the Gap website & sign into your account, can you find the order there? You should be able to view details, print it out & that should work as a receipt.

You can print out your order on gap.com and take it in. I've done it twice with ON this year already.
