BearPaw sizing

It seems like from the reviews they run at least one size small, maybe 2. I am buying them for the girls for Christmas. Any thoughts on going up one size vs two? I'm not going to be able to have them try them on ahead of time.

BTW, Famous Footwear is having their F&F - 30% off with code FF30FALL. This puts BearPaws at 38.50/pair (my apologies to all who told me I should buy DD Uggs - I just can't beat this price, and I know she'll trash them no matter what!)

DD's currently wearing toddler 9 and reviews for these doesn't say to size up. Hopefully someone will post regarding the sizing.

I looked at reviews for the Emma on some other sites and they all said size up, I'm just not sure if I should go up one size or two - not sure about the Zodiacs!

Don't apologize. I love my Kirkland fuggs. I'm on my second year of wearing them and they hold up great. Your DDs will love the bear paws.

I bought the Famous Footwear bearpaws that you are looking at for my dd about a month ago. She wears a 12 shoe (she's a "new" 12 though) and I bought her a size 1 Bearpaw. They fit fine with thin socks. DD1 won't wear them without socks.

So you went up two sizes? DD1 is between a 13.5 and a 1, and I was planning to get a 2, but maybe a 3?

I actually didn't even realize that there was a size 13. If so, then yes, then I guess we went up 2 sizes!
Incidentally, we got them for $30(!) at our Famous Footwear but that was early September, IIRC.
