Where are you getting your kids' hats this year? The Gap sizing is somehow off this year. LE has awful hats. Everything is too toddler-like or has skulls.

Target, Burlington Coat Factory and Children's place is where I normally get hats for my kids. DS got a really nice cars hat with a brim last year from Burlington (it has ear flaps as well). This year I'm not crazy about what Target has. I got DD a hat at Children's place. Last year the CP hats for girls were not as nice as this year. It seems to be hit or miss year to year actually.

Strangely enough, the best selection of hats and gloves that fit my kids (and their big heads, lol) is KMart. Good quality and minimal graphics. I have had the best luck with DS2 who falls between toddler and boy sizes, esp for gloves. I usually try and wait for the BOGO 1/2 sale. hth

Forgot to mention that Costco has some nice winter gloves and mittens for kids. They go down to XXS I believe (my DD fit into the small mittens and my DS fit into the medium gloves). They were reasonable at $11.99 (and I will get at least 2 years out of them b/c they were a little bit big.

My boys love to wear hoodies and their coats have hoods, so they like slimmer hats they can wear under the hoodies. I just got this set on sale from Hanna for both boys:
