...for a work potluck on monday. I specify 6 qt becaues that's what we have, and most recipes I see are for the average-sized 4 qt slow cooker (and I actually think that's why I haven't been having good luck with slow cooker recipes - because I learned on the crockpost365 blog that the cooker needs to be filled at least 2/3 full).
So - hoping someone here will be able to point me to a good recipe - something thick/stew-like that could be a main, appetizer, or side. Or even a good queso or cheese brocco soup or similar recipe. I'm open to ideas:)
