DD1 is 4yo and in love with Hello Kitty so today at Target $1 spot I picked up:
HK pens
HK magnets (set of 4)
HK note pad
HK bead bracelet

We usually do:
stickers
toothbrush
hair bows
playdoh
crayola stuff (crayons, markers, etc)

I am trying to be frugal because MAN these add up quickly:

Santa Sleigh bell.
Tape (I think I got this idea here)
Christmas SweetTarts
Toothbrush
Stickers
maybe a Barbie DVD
