AmEx Small Business Saturday is back this year! If you register your card at www.facebook.com/shopsmall and then use it on November 26 at a qualifying small business, you get a $25 rebate for a purchase of $25 or more. You can register multiple cards.

Last year the Playmobil store was a qualifying small business, and it combined with their Black Friday weekend % off deal. My hair salon and our local pizza place are on the qualifying list, I didn't dig any deeper than that.

What's considered an "eligible Amex card"? I have the costco Amex. Is that one eligible?

The "small business" is sort of vague. Last year, I used Picture People & that qualified. I think of that as a chain.

It's probably a franchise. The owner of that particular Picture People would still be considered a small business owner. IIRC, last year, qualifying businesses had a little placard up on their premises (and of course you can always search your area on the website).
