I've been gluten free for almost three months, running out of ideas :)

Anyone have any favorites?

Spaghetti (we use Tjs)
Baked salmon
Italian beef
Chicken piccata
Beef stroganoff
Smoked sausage and potatoes
Chili
famous pork chops (from all recipes)
Macaroni and cheese

These are what I have made in the last two weeks or so. Hope this helps!

Last night we had beef stew. Tonight we are doing an italian style meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes. The meatloaf has onion, fresh basil, chopped sundried tomato, and shredded sharp parm cheese. I'm subbing grinded rice/corn chex for the seasoned breadcrumbs.

Thanks for all of the ideas! I'm already subscribed to the Fresh 20, and they just let me change to the Gluten Free plans :)
