If you are having a hard time, make sure you get an email confirmation. I bought an item that was mispriced - and my confirmation never came - the order never came. They had NO evidence of the item being at that low price and refused to honor it, until someone helped me from this board with their invoice #...they saw it and quickly gave me the price I stated. So, make sure you take screen shots and make sure you email confirmation comes through if you are having site problems, or, if the price it too good to be true.

While looking at their FAQ - I saw where they said you just have to be within $2 of the $50 minimum (so, essentially, $48...not sure if it would be 96 or 98 next). just noticed you have two little ones too - congrats!

Good deal, but ARGH, I didn't realize that if you use merchandise credit, that it takes away from the amt toward kk. Oh well. So, I only got $10 KK, instead of $20, and what annoys me about that is that I didn't use my KK last time I returned something, I probably should have just used it, since it deducted from today's total. I totally screwed up the first order and was short for a $10 Kohl's Cash by $7. I missed tax. Then, I screwed up the second by missing the shipping surcharge and I forgot about ebates. Third order, I got right. Canceled the first 2 :).

But, I ordered the M&D deluxe castle. I was debating it for DD, and still am, but for $56, I am happy. Got a Soda Stream for me, and some flavors. WWYD? My kohls order from last week arr. on Tues and last night when I finally opened it I discovered that 2 women's boots are missing. I forgot I ordered them. The rep. said UPS tracking says 1 shipment but will check to see if it's 2 separate boxes. I explained that there's no way they could have fit 2 prs of rain/snow boots in the small box of hand towels and gloves I received. I told her the label on the box says 1 of 1. Kohl's cash is really like cash. It can be used on anything, and there's no minimum. If you have $10 in Kohl's cash and buy something that costs $5, then you get the item for free and still have $5 Kohl's cash to spend.

It's only good for a limited date range, it will say on the cash what the range is.

One other thing... I'm told you can use it online but I've only used it in the store. I printed my cash out, took it to the store, and accidentally lost it somewhere. I went to customer service - they said that they couldn't replace what I'd lost AND if anyone else found it, they could use it! In other words it really IS like cash. Luckily, I retraced my steps and actually found the print out.

The only thing is they apply KC before discount code...so let's say you have $20 of Kohl's cash and a 30% code. You spend $40.

They take 20 KC FIRST (40-20=20), then apply the discount code to the balance ($20*30%=$6; your final order total would be $14).

I use mine online all the time.

The only thing is they apply KC before discount code...so let's say you have $20 of Kohl's cash and a 30% code. You spend $40.

They take 20 KC FIRST (40-20=20), then apply the discount code to the balance ($20*30%=$6; your final order total would be $14).

it kind of sucks, because if they applied the discount code first like they do with real cash, that same order would cost you $8.

Yup. I think the wording on my post was confusing. I was just trying to point out that it's not TRULY like cash, in that way.

I'm slightly annoyed that the 15% ended, but I keep trying to tell myself it's a good thing. I had a cart full of stuff late last night but I wanted to check DC's shoe size before pulling the trigger since I was ordering new shoes. It was midnight and I started to head upstairs to check the shoes and then I figured eh, I'll just check in the morning and order then. Guess not!!

The truth is, I didn't really have to have all of the stuff in my cart, but at those prices it was hard to pass up. And I was also looking at large room rugs, which were a great price with the stacked codes, but I couldn't decide which one I wanted. And on those, which are currently $1200+, the 15% makes a huge difference.

That's the thing - the one thing I truly needed and wanted was the rug. But there was a $60 shipping surcharge, so I figured I needed to be 100% sure of which one I wanted and not return it. Ugh.

The earning period has ended, now it's the redemption period. They do not overlap as far as I know.

Shout out to Kohl's: my packages from the stacking showed up today. And I went to a local store and spend the $30 Kohl's cash I earned (without even knowing I'd get it). Picked up a free aquadoodle, scented candle and a Godiva caramel-filled chocolate bar. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

This was probably the best Kohls order I've ever had. Usually, I order stuff and then have to return some of it, b/c it doesn't fit right, doesn't work, etc.. I did get a cute relic watch that had a dead battery and took it in today to ask them for a new battery. They were very nice about it AND, I did not know this, but if you buy a watch from kohls keep the receipt for a yr, they will change your battery for free if it goes dead. I thought that was a nice perk, but I bet that they don't advertise that perk very much.

The kohls cares FILA stuff that I got is great and of very high quality for only a couple bucks a piece. I scored a cute pr of dressy sandals that were on clearance for $10.xx (orig $55), and with my $10 KC and coupon, I ended up paying 84 cents for a pr of super cute shoes! My nesco roaster arrived all banged up and dented :crying: I went to the store to exchange it and they do not carry Nesco. I returned it and they asked if I wanted a merchandise credit or back on my card. If I put it back on my card, I "lose" my KC which I already spent. They can't take it back once I spent it, can they? I just hate merchandise credits because you can't use them with the great % off deals that require a Kohl's card. It was such a great deal for the red one, $45.

Now I don't have a roaster and amazon prime is out of them, so i will have to go to the mall and buy one, probably for a lot more $$. I need it for Thanksgiving or I would wait for Black Friday deals.

If your product came damaged, perhaps call the 800 number and try to get a replacement.

I was able to use merchandise credit (at the store) and still use the % off coupons as long as I put some of the purchase on my Kohls card.

Actually, they will offer you two options. The return minus KC or a gift card with the KC on it. I had a cashier tell me this tip. If you have nothing to buy with KC, just buy something to return. Then you get a gift card that never expires!

That's great! When I read your earlier post saying that you had returned your item, I figured you had lost out on the deal (30% + 15%). I am impressed!
