Where do you see this? Is there a code? It's not on their website and I put an item in my cart and it doesn't show up there either.

Darn, I just placed a $80 order yesterday. Do they adjust? I know I can just re-order and return the original but that seems so wasteful.

Doesn't hurt to try. Their CS is pretty awesome. Try doing a Live Chat and ask.

they adjusted for me. I placed a big order yesterday. I did it via live chat.

Since I am hoping to buy a couple of the $$$ Waterhog mats, can I place two orders, taking off the 10% EACH time, in order to get two $10 vouchers for two $50 purchases?

Hope my question makes sense - I just wonder if I can use the NOV10 more than once.

I went ahead and placed two orders, back to back. Each confirmation email stated that I had qualified for a $10 reward certificate. I hope that's true!

I thought it was a ten dollar gift card for every $50 you spend. That's what it was last year.
