I forgot groceries in my car in the garage for 4 hours, about 60 degrees in the garage.

Yogurt in tubs and tubes
Frozen pizza
Frozen tacquitos
Eggs
Butter
Meatballs

Frozen stuff still feels cold.

Anything I can keep on the list?

I would keep eggs and butter.

I would keep it all.
I think food safety regs are 4 hours at room temp.

If it still feels cold, I'd use it all. I'd smell it all BEFORE I cooked it etc. I'd try to use the frozen stuff soon (next few days). I actually would toss the meatballs.

I am SURE that eggs butter and yogurt are completely fine. Eggs and butter can be left out, ditto to yogurt because I leave it out ages for Baked Oatmeal. I'm iffy on the others but if they are still quite cold I would probably stick them back in the freezer. Like Hillary, meatballs would give me pause. I would probably toss those just to be safe.

I'd keep it all. The frozen items probably made the bag of groceries cooler than the 60 in your garage.

I would keep it all. As for the meatballs, if they started to defrost but are cold I would use them tonight otherwise toss.

I'd keep it all. You might end up having taquitos for dinner. You should also have some. Utter to make cookies:)

I'd keep all, but if the meatballs were raw meat, I would probably use tonight.

I would keep it all, although as others have mentioned, I would eat the frozen stuff ASAP. The meatballs wouldn't bother me anymore than anything else - I thaw frozen beef on my kitchen counter (is that a no-no now?), so what I would presume are fully cooked frozen meatballs should be fine. Also, I have had frozen meatballs cooked in a crockpot many times, and I'm sure it takes awhile for a crockpot to get up to temp (not 4 hours, but seriously - I have walked around Costco for an hour or more with frozen groceries and driven 30 minutes home without pause...).
