I signed up with USAA last week to shift our funds to a credit union, not realizing the fine print says only members eligible for insurance can use the mobile deposit feature. Since neither DH, our parents, or I are former/active military, we are ineligible.
I wanted to support the cause of shifting funds away from the big banks, but I am super frustrated as that was a primary reason I chose USAA (second to the BBB's Rec, of course).
Where do you bank and do they offer mobile deposit for all account owners?
