I have had this cut before and it suits my hair and face. Is it still in style?

Thanks,

I say go for it. But then again, I am not the kind of person who cares what hair is in style. I tend to go with what works for my face, body and lifestyle.

I like it a lot! Maybe ask your stylist their opinion?

I think it is very possible to have clothes and hair that are both current looking and suit the individual. I am pretty good at judging what works on me but no longer spend much time with fashion magazines or even watching tv so I thought I'd check here for that piece of the equation.

Thanks everyone!

I love it! I've had hair that short for the past several years and just started the growing-out process about 6 months ago, and I miss my short sassy hair. I say go for it!

I think that haircut is super, super cute and sassy. BUT, I think there's some risk of it going into Kate Gosselin territory which would make it not cute.

I had to google, but her hair has that weird thing where it sticks up in the back, right? Definitely not having my hair stick up in the back.

Thanks everyone!

I completely agree with you, Catherine! A good stylist would always tweak a hairstyle to make sure it's current and suits you. The style you linked to seems to be pretty timeless.

I think it's cute. It still looks a little bit edgy to me.

Cute! I would go for it if I had half a chance of looking good in short hair.

My sister has a cut similar to this and has for a while. It is cute on her and she loves it -- easy to deal with. I will say to me it always looks messy vs finished which is the "look" of it. She works in an agency so that is totally cool. For me it wouldn't map to my work very well. I need to look more sleek for working with some of my customers.

Actually, I totally disagree but that's just my opinion.

I think the hairstyle is very Victoria Beckham. Super chic!

A Sassoon-esque bob is always in fashion--it's just a timeless style.

Thanks you all. I'm going to do it. I actually have a bob right now, but it is longer and just a plain old bob, not much umph. I was able to get an appointment for tomorrow with my hairdresser so cross your fingers for me (family pics in two weeks).

I love it and there are not many people who can actually pull off hair like that. I tried to go super short and it looked horrible but I would love to do it, if I could.

Post a picture after you cut it!

Late to this, but like it. I thin I recently saw an episode of WNTW where he did sOmething similar. The longer length in the front gives a lot of styling options.
